Just testing out Adobe After Effects CS4. Characters were recorded in front of a green screen map. The video was compressed with XviD codec at 1280x720 (720p).

:)

i dont know why but it just seems funny to me with the soldier and the random engi in the background

i really liked it tho hopefully we can get a full video out of somebody

Haha! That was awesome, wish i could do something like that.

Just needs shadowing, other than that, fantastic job!

They do have shadows, shadows are just in a different direction than in the picture :P, anyway, good job on that!

And Protip: convert the video into a MP4 using the H.264 codec for best quality on youtube

And get the correct size for 720p

I can totally see this used for various historical parodies. The scout as the tankman at Tiananmen Square, the Sniper at Dealey Plaza... the possibilities are ENDLESS.

You can see some clip/overlay problems possibly with layering if you look around the soldier shadow. (especailly around the shovel taunt).

If your rendering in 720 are you aiming for internet uploading? If this is for class or anything other than fun - i'd take the time and do 1080
