Like someone said earlier, gaming is pretty serious in Asia. A few years ago I heard about this guy in Korea who stayed awake using energy drinks and died because he stayed up for a few days.
But I think the stabbing is way to serious just for cheating. I'm not saying cheating is alright, but it's not alright to stab somebody for a video game that has no effect on real life. It's like fighting at a sport event.....why do it? I doubt some football or baseball team winning is going to change your life, so I think its just pointless really.
