Thank god I moved to a particular part of Florida where there are many a squirrel. Back in the desert in California where I used to live, there aren't any squirrels. Perhaps jack rabbit fishing is possible there? Or coyote fishing maybe. LOL Anyways, I feel like trying this.

ive done this before only with an actual fishing pole and a can of mixed nuts

No Animals were harmed dont worry...the squirrel would never bite the hook itself but it did steal the bait off the hook a couple times lol
