Anyone else buy it? Bought it yesterday and it's amazing. Whole game is sandbox with missions and sidemissions (a TON of them), along with percentages for going to towns and causing chaos (again, A LOT of them). The map is daunting how big it is. I went up to the top of a mountain and looked out thinking it was just a cool looking skybox, I was wrong they were all cities. It took me 15mins to go from one check point to another, thats going full speed in a car. Thankfully you can use your grappling hook/parachute to go over terrain and cut that down a bit.

Don't have any screenshots yet, i'll post some later. This is like GTA4 x1000, less realistic and a much much better atmosphere with funner missions.

Need a pretty good computer to play it though, and xp/directx9 isn't supported. Rightfully though, everything maxed the game is really beautiful.

The Demo was AWESOME. I remember looking down the cliff and into the horizon and though it was just a fake background that they put back there because the land seemed so vast and broad but when I did the air race with the plane I found out the map was HUGE!

like any game its very repetitive with the missions the biggest pain in the butt is trying to find the last crate in most of the area's. You don't start in the same area as the demo btw.

I've been playing the demo, and it's awesome. I'm probably going to buy it, though not for another month or two until I get my new build ready.

i was playing it my friends house recently and it is extremely fun

i love the scale of the map and all the environment and cities/bases around the map are awesome.

ya i thought the game was bigger but, it seems that most missions just get harder as you go but, feel the same. I haven't beat it yet cause i'm slow and one to get 100% everywhere

Wow. I wonder if this is the first game not to be available on XP. Seems that for years, all games could possibly be played on XP, but hey those were the good old days. Times have changed & things look better now, esp w/ DirectX11. Looking forward to installing Win 7 & upgrading to DirectX11 (or 10 whichever will offer support to my old school 9800gt).

9800 only goes to 10.

Anyway, this is the start of the shift for games. Eventually DX9 will be phased out, next-gen source engine will probably be dx10/11 only.

Reason is, leaving in dx9 etc you can't get a lot of features like full multicore support.

Also, quite honestly by the time DX9 is gone, Dx9 hardware wouldn't even be able to push good FPS even if it was in dx9.

I am agree with all the member here that demo is really Good, so just waitng to purchase full version.

Wanted to say DX11 is just a shader model with not much difference from dx10 tesselation is one option for dx 11 but, anyway this game looks great. Currently only run duel 8600GTS and the game runs perfect of course its not maxed. Anyway wanted to say i found a bug i walk through buildings and fall through structures like bridges and overpasses it was funny. I think its a collision bug since everything has collision with the rope. So far the game is pretty sweet but, i recommend not grinding on chaos instead just do the faction missions to get your agency missions done.
