You probably got that if you reside in Canada. I got that amount as well after the promo code was put in.

Also, I posted a thread in general forums linking to this thread. Needless to say it was locked by mods who thought the front page post was posted before I did (I posted this early morning, while the front page post was posted in early evening or so.)
