Is there a way to reduce my ping in TF2?

Advice there is usually more specific and generally results in solved problems.
 
You think 70 - 90 is low? I average 200-300 on all US based servers. When you're so far away from the server location its hard to keep the ping down. Besides, even with my ping the agem still runs smoothly. I've been able to play normally with 400-500 before.
 
also one option would be to kidnap the CEO of ur IP provider and kidnap the CEO of Valve and force them to come up with a solution to your problem or you won;t give them the antidote

Also, I am not too far away. The servers in..Texas? I'm in Massachusetts. That's not THAT far, by speed of data. o.o
 
Well drat! My speed is upgraded and my ping is the same. Mostly because my upload speed did not change! I tried running verizon optimizer but it would not run. >.>
