HELP! System FAN goes way too fast!

Hello,

I cleaned my computer from dust and stuff, all the fans were covered with dust so i cleaned thim. No my SYSTEM FAN GOES SO FAST! that im getting deff (dont know how to write that, i mean my hears are hurting (not really offcourse)). But i just wanna slow it a bit down. I can also remove it but its right next to my GPU, so it does his work very good. But its just to hard, so much noise.

So im looking for a program (not speedfan becaus that doesnt work for all mobo's, including mine). Anyone got some options?
