Redirection?

I posted a thread a little while ago with redirection within eGO.
Well, now it's getting worse.

Anything I do now has a 50% chance of redirection.

This happens in all 3 OS's on my system:
WindowsXP, Windows7Ultimate, and Linux: Fedora, Redhat, and Knoppix, and Ubuntu.
This also occurs on my wife's laptop.

For instance, if I click "log in" at the top, my DNS(Roadrunner) will redirect me as if the login.php page doesn't exist.

If I am in the middle of typing like I am now, sometimes it'll redirect.

I have taken all the security measures in all of my OS's and so has she, but I can't seem to get why I keep getting this redirects.

Sometimes it'll be a lostpage redirect, but majority of the time it's some page about guns.

I called my ISP(Brighthouse/Roadrunner) and they talk to me like I'm an idiot. So finally when I got on the phone with Tech Support the guy mentions how I shouldn't worry about the DNS and I need to reinstall Windows or something along those lines.

Any advice would be well appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Edit: These are the browsers I've got redirected in: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Google Chrome.

Simple: DNS Server Issue. As an ex-roadrunner Admin (cfl.roadrunner.com division) I can tell you that their DNS servers are as hinkey as the techs they have monitoring them. I would suggest using higher level DNS servers like those on Comcast's system or Level 3 Communications'.

Comcast DNS (In order of usefulness/priority-class):
68.87.74.166
68.87.68.166
68.87.74.162
68.87.68.162

Level 3:
4.2.2.1
4.2.2.2
4.2.2.3
4.2.2.4
4.2.2.5
4.2.2.6
I hope this helps you! Feel free to let me know if you have issues!

After the force changes, Brighthouse called me mentioning how what I did violated the ToS and I got redflagged.

Accordingly, unless you are authorized to make those kind of changes they become assholes.

I'm fixing to get rid of this p.o.s. and switch to something else.

I also use the cfl.roadrunner as well and those guys are about as useless as faulty brakes on a car.

Thanks very much for that info, though. It explains a lot.
