how are they even registered as a video game developer? so if i make some cheap flash game that gets popular with some casual gamers on facebook and i make some money from advertisement revenue I'm a game developer? if anything they are web designers, either way they make zero money off those games in terms of game sells so they should be considered developers to begin with all the other companies make money off video game sells
