What happens when you give bots modded rocket launchers?

I am Heavy Rocket Guy, and this, is my weapon. She fires at a rate of 9001 rockets per second. It costs 400,000 dollars to fire this weapon, for 12 seconds. *laughs* Some people think they can outsmart me. Maybe, *sniff*, maybe. I've yet to see one that can outsmart rocket.

Thus the w+m1 Soldier is born!
