My WoW account got hacked

Hey guys,

I have a WoW account that got hacked (as mentioned in the title). I stopped playing it for about 4 months. I got fed up with it and started making fun of Blizzard :P But now.. I really want to play it again. So... I got myself prepaid :cool: There was one thing, my payment was blocked because there was a hacker paying for my account through his/her creditcard. I called Blizzard and they said they could unblock it. So I entered my prepaid code, and I logged in. I saw I didn't have much gear on me and I was like.. OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG HACKZ0RZ, when I logged in, I had mail.... all my items were stored in my mail!!

But here comes the best part, this person who was on my account was farming stuff, herbs generaly. A lot of herbs, Icethorn and some other stuff that's worth a lot. And I'm talking about 600 Icethorns. I was able to keep this aswell and put it on the Auction House xD So I'm going to be rich thanks to this stupid hacker:P

So, if you hack, you'll get PWNED!
 
Dont you just love when hackers help you out? ;)



Happened to me years ago on runescape. The hacker earned me 1mil or something
 
ya, but in the end you lose because your playing WoW again.

I hope you removed the trojan he used to steal it in the first place or he will just take it back.
 
Same thing happened when I was like 6 playing runescape, the hacker got me a bunch of stuff I wanted. So when I was 7 I thought it would be a good idea to give out my password thinking it get me better stuff again, I was wrong.

How gullible a 7 year old mind is, is unbelievable
 
The same thing happened tyo me Dan, well sorta. I was playing runescape and this guy says "1mill for 1 account" i said okay he got my lvl 32 and the 50k i had on my account.


I was pretty stupid to think he'd pay me 1 mill for my OWN account '~'
 
Lol... yeah two of my friends have gotten hacked in the past couple of weeks. They got everything back on their account and then some. One guy had all of his gear disenchanted since he was an enchanter, but he still got all of his gear back and got to keep all of the mats. (they were all ICC and up gear too!)
 
haha yeah :P I'm very happy now lol.

I have 2500 Icethorns, and I can either sell them for 20g per stack or in the vendor for 4g per stack ( a stack is 20 icethorns, if you don't know what a stack is:) )

Btw he/she got my account info by email. He pretended to be Blizzard and said that "Blizzard" found out I was trying to sell/trade my account, I wasn't... but I figured out I was being hacked. The email said that I had to verify my account in order for them to know it was really me, kinda stupid I actually logged in on their fake site... ( it looked official though)

*sigh*
 
A hacked hacked my steam account and I got his VISA stuff somehow and bought all my games back on another account + 2 more :D
 
my account got hacked, they farmed relics of Ulduar back when they meant something, i got my account back, and i sold them all for around 3k, he had filled up four 22 slot bags with stacks of relics, bought my epic flying that day

I once got hacked when I played WoW for a long long time ago :P I only had my PvP gears after I got the account back... I hate hackers..I don't even see a reason to hack.
 
To make other people angry/sad. Or they want to boost their account. I'm not sure why they do it but boy, they'll get caught.
