Unanswerable Questions

Well according to the Roman Catholic church, we are born to die. Once we die, our soul leaves the body and goes to an eternal life in heaven, with God.

Of course different religions have different views

Erm, it's religion and 90% of it is not true.

I would advize everyone to not get into a religious discussion, or Moderators will most likely close it.

On Topic.

A man is in a locked room. Another man opens the door to find the other man hung to his death, the room is empty but there is is a puddle of water on the floor. How did the man die?

Block of ice.

I think an unanswerable question is usually a logical paradox.

well we can explore what happen when you divide by zero buy using limits.

For example the limit as x->0 of 1/(x^2) the graph of this function goes to positive infinity. However, limit x->0 1/X does not exist as approaching 0 from the left you go to negative infinity but from the right you go towards positive infinity. Although it is bad to say this, for a general case, if you divide by zero you are either going to infinity or negative infinity (this is not 100% correct though).

My question ...
Tacos and Turtles
so where do they come from?

You stick a cat in a closed box. You can not see in to that box at all. You leave the box alone do not touch it for a long time. When you open the box you find the cat has died.

Now the question is how and when did the cat die. Because before you open the box for all you know the cat could be still alive. When you open it you find it dead. So did you opening the box kill the cat?

The cat fell asleep and was killed by Freddy Cougar.......

Does that tree make a sound if no one can hear it. Of course it does. The cat would be dead regardless of whether or not you opened the box.

Schr?dinger's cat was never really about the cat being alive or dead, but more of an attempt to show just how weird Quantum mechanics can get.

If there are no animals or organisms that have ears then there is no sound, but the vibrations it makes are still made, but 9.9 times out of ten there will be something with ears to hear a fallen tree's vibrations. But there I go taking the scientific view point on a philosophical question.

Sound is well sound. The fact that there is nothing around to hear it doesn't particularly matter. Those vibrations are in sound and that really wont change to whether or not something is around to perceive it as such.

Is it possible to say "I'm unconscious" without lying?

If you say it and are conscious, you'd be lying. If you were actually unconscious, you couldn't say it.

...I say a lot of crazy stuff in my sleep. Saying "I'm unconscious" is not out of the realm of possibility.
