Jailbreak Server Rules Ammended

Over the past couple weeks I've added several new things to the jail rules, here is a summary:

1. Catwalks are now considered auto-wants, and all terrorists will be shot if seen entering them (this includes ladders).

2. A general summary of what an auto-want is has also been added, to alleviate any loopholes.

3. No detouring/delaying and no cheating have been listed as NOT implied, so all wardens must declare them while giving orders.

3. Article II Section C Subsection 2 Part A/B

Cheating Clarification​

I'll piggy back onto Cryptex's thread. Clarification on cheating since this was brought up in the Q&A section for admins, I figured this would be useful for all members as well.

Cheating:
No cheating is not implied, and therefore the warden must say "no cheating" before beginning a game if he/she wishes for the prisoners not to cheat without punishment.

HOWEVER (not mentioned)
Cheating is NOT just running out of the game and saying you won. That's disobeying and the prisoner should be shot.

ANOTHER BUT
The warden must give specific instructions to complete race, if they simply mention first ones out and no cheating was not mentioned the Terrorists may come out.

Example:
1. If someone says "first three Ts to exit race", Ts are allowed to come out immediately and claim they have won if no cheating was stated. However if orders were given to finish race and/or do not leave via a certain area you must obey those orders.

2. If you say for the terrorists to NOT leave the race track but they run around the obstacles anyways, they are DISOBEYING and not cheating.

What does this mean?
Please be specific in what you want the Ts to do. If they can find a loophole in your orders they are allowed to exploit it.
