OK, I transferred 2 DVD/CD roms to another tower.
Transferred RAM.

When I first booted up, I went to XP setup, it got all the way into formatted, formatted then stalled on "Checking C: Drive space".

So forget it, I restarted.

Now it stalls on "Setup is starting windows".

S.M.A.R.T. doesn't notify me of anything(SMART sucks, though).
In BIOS, it shows up as 160 gig hard drive, no problems.
Shows up the RAM as 2 gigs.

Could this be a faulty HDD?
If that was the case, does it load files onto the drive when it says "Setup is starting windows", thus it stalling?

Thanks eGO.

EDIT: I got the BSoD finally, it says "PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED"
Error code is: 0x0000006B

Possibly faulty ram. I'd get a live version of linux and put it on a USB and see if you can run a memtest. If it passes with no problems then boot into the live USB and see if you can't do an fsck on the disk.

Also you could try using GParted or something similar and reformatting the HDD to blank space.

But since you said it's locking up when you're trying to get into the installer I'd think it might be your RAM or something hardware.

I tried 2 different hard drives.

BOTH stall at the message "Setup is starting Windows".

One of my RAM was shot so I took it out.

What I don't get is why is it the first time it got all the way to "Checking C: Drive Space", froze.
Past formatting, RIGHT when it got ready to copy the files.

And now it won't get back to that part.

Maybe the IDE Cord?..

EDIT: Then I got another BSoD, this time it was different. The error was:
"Please make sure you check there is adequate space to install Windows Setup"

I forgot the error code, please excuse me.

OK,all is working now.

I formatted it on my Computer.

But, here's the excitingn ews..\\

Excuse me, this isn't my keyboard.

Now after formattinghis\\ hdd inmy tower, Windows 7 doesn't load anymore.

It just sits their with that dreaded _ blinking.

Any ideas?

Case closed, everything is normal now. Thanks ShadowBlade72 for your support!
