Anyway to fix it? Please and thank you. My Game play isn't slow or anything, this happens on High Med and Low Settings so..meh.

Specs: Windows 7 64 Bit.
GTS 250 1Gig Ram DDR3
Driver Version : 195.62
4 Gigs of Ram.

Do you have shadows on high?

Stuff like that also happens on DirectX9 in BC2. Try 10 if you already haven't. Or does it crash every few seconds for you too if you run 10? >_<

Update: Dx 9 gets rid of the Tearing, now i get a random brown thing..

Please tell me you're not using driver 196.75, because that driver is bugged and causes overheating of your cards. You should ALWAYS use the latest drivers (except when it was 196.75 lol)

If I'm not mistaken, having Vertical Sync OFF is what causes tearing, it shouldn't have anything to do with DX level.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that brown thing seems like GPU Artifacting (Your GPU is overheating and unstable). I highly suggest using the latest drivers.

Edit: You just got your GTS 250 right? It might be defective too, try the latest drivers and see if it solves anything though, and check your GPU temperature. I don't have an nVidia card so I tell you how to navigate the driver software to find out where your GPU temp is.

This program should tell you though; http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php HW Monitor.

I have something that shows my CPU and its core 1 is 90F and core 0 is 119 and my fans are at max..But if the newsit drivers are buggy, what ones do i download D: and i have a program that turns my fans up on high..so..the overheating shouldn't happen.. What i got from the EA forums its a Driver thing.

Rollback your driver to a previous driver via Device Manager.
Go to Nvidia's website, download the latest driver that ISN'T the buggy one.

You have a multi-core CPU, the temperature isn't out of the ordinary(Considering I don't know if you have custom cooling or not).

Your CPU temperatures are fine, but I want to see your GPU temperatures. Either way, though, you should download the latest nVidia drivers. They aren't the buggy ones. It's the one before them that was buggy, AKA Driver 196.75. So just go to their site, get latest, and your drivers will be fine. Don't accidentally get 196.75 (The buggy one)

The buggy one got pulled from the site.

Do what Furiosity said and update to the newest driver, your pretty far behind in drivers. Old drivers don't support new games and this happens.

I have Uptadted to the newist driver, I play games like Sims 3 and there are some Weird grapics issues...but only with the sims 3 and bad comapny 2. i play burnout just fine..But there not something that would freak me out..and that was the GPU Temp, i just miss typed.
Edit: Will try the older drivers, I have a Program that has My GPU fan on max..so The Ndva controal panel won't bother me with that.

Update: The card was bad, I called XFX and they said it was a bad GPU or something so i RMA it, and would like to thank everyone for helping me out. The issue did show on all my games, from DOD:S to Portal. So, thanks for the heads help.
