Alright, I hear this a lot in-game and on other websites(havnt heard so much here) but people ask "How do you know if somones hacking?" and i'm here to try and answer that the best I can. There are no credits as all of this was written by me for you guys and was based off of my knowledge, Enjoy!

Green writing = Ways to check if being used
Aimbot:
The aimbot is most frequently used in competitive maps and servers so if you suspect somone is aimbotting, heres a few ways to get a good idea. You should be spectating to check the following...
-Their screen is shaking, if it looks like your witnessing an earthquake just while spectating the person, it's a very obvious sign that they are aimbotting or hacking of some sort.
-They are making unbelievable flick shots(Turning really quickly straight to somones head or body and shooting them like they are locked on). If they are just looking around and you suddenly see them flick from enemy to enemy killing them in unbelievable speed, youve got a hacker.
-Both of the above combined, a Shaking screen with an amazingly fast flick shot on every enemy in site.
-Aimbots pop the crosshair down after a kill is made.
The newer more improved Aimbots have anti shake and smooth shot. Which means it will look like a natural kill but in cases like that you really can't tell and its all in your best judgement. Please note that some players just have really good flick shots, so don't base a complete perma ban just on that fact that they can flick shot.
Wall Hacking:
Wall hacking, sometimes known as chams can be defined as 1 or 2 things or both together. 1 being that they can see through walls that couldnt be seen through before and see the players through it. 2 being that they are shooting through solid walls that without hacking wouldnt be able to be shot through. Usually its seeing through walls or seeing through and shooting through walls making it COMPLETELY unfair for the opposition. Heres a few ways to check for wall hackers while spectating them...
- They constantly know where the enemy is at all times and never has one to sneak up on him
- He/she prefires around corners that have enemies around them, if there are no enemies, they simply run through with confidence without even checking the surroundings. Pre firing is simply shooting before getting actual sight of the thing he or she is trying to shoot at. Remember that if you turn your sound up you can hear footsteps so don't go accusing somone of hacking, you have to be sure its hacks, not just good ears.
-Never wasting a grenade. If every grenade they throw is perfect and you never see any grenades wasted or they just charge into buildings with confidence and never make a wrong turn.
-You see them shooting through solid walls and getting kills through it.
-If their reaction time is the best youve ever seen, they turn a corner and shoot the enemy before they even get the chance to click their mouse its most likely they knew you were already there.
-If in a Jailbreak server, they always know where the rebellers are and where any Terrorist or Counter-terrorist is at all times.
- Record a Demo on the player, to do THIS(CLICK HERE) and you will learn not only how to record demos, but how to use a first person demo and view it in a wallhackers perspective so you can easily tell if they are hacking or not.
Speed Hacking:
Speed hacking is pretty self-explanatory, its basically running, walking or doing any method of movement faster or extremely faster than a regular player would be able too without hacking. Ways to check for a speed hacker, you dont need to be spectating but it helps if you wish to demo them.
-You use your eyes, but if you dont know what to look for, look for a person Moving really fast
-Look for a person that is moving so fast its almost like he/she is teleporting around but really you just dont see how fast they are going.
Fly Hacking:
This isn't so common in games like counter-strike because usually if they are flying, they are just admins in noclip but heres how to check for a fly hacker...
-They are Flying in the air. End of story. What else could it be?
No Recoil/No Spread:
No recoil is basically, your gun doesnt move up after the person shoots and no spread is when the bullets dont spready out after being shot, they all go or land in the exact same spot. These 2 hacks put together are a deadly combo, mixed with any of the previous hacks, it will be hard to stand a chance.
Ways to check include the following...
-Guys who are spraying(shooting non stop) their bullets and its not effecting their aim in any way.
-The bullets always go where they are aiming, no where above, below or to the sides.
NoSmoke/NoFlash:
These are 2 different hacks but they are both related. No smoke is what you would think it is, The player doesnt see smoke from smoke grenades giving them an advantage of seeing the players when they cant see him. No Flash is also what you would think, Flash bangs dont effect the player. The flash bang can land right next to them but on their screen, they see everything but the flash so in a firefight, they get an extra 2-3 seconds to take out the enemy.
Ways to check...
- A Smoke grenade or Flash Bang is thrown obstructing the vision of the player but he still manages to shoot as if nothing is obstructing his vision as if nothing was thrown.
And Finally, Name tags/Engine tags
They are what you think, they are nametags above every players head which the user can see through walls giving them the upperhand by giving them a general sense of where the enemy is and also who they are up against.
Its hard to tell if somone has these or not because you cant see them, while spectating, everything looks the same. The only way I know of is Prefire like wall hacking because since they know the direction of the player they can pre fire and also never taking a wrong turn when after an enemy. In detecting somone with it, it is very similar to wall hacks.
Here is something I cannot stress enough, Never accuse somone of hacking! All of these points are things to look for if your watching a suspected hacker but it doesnt mean that they necessarily are hacking. Pre-fire exists in the game whether somone is hacking or not and people can get really good at flick shots. These points are just to give you an idea of what to look for if you think somone is hacking, if they play with a lot of these 'signs' together, there is a good chance that they are hacking but remember, people can also be good at the game aswell so don't be soo quick to assume they are hacking, make sure they are doing things that no fair player would be able to do.
Thats it guys! I hope this helps you as it took me awhile to write so I hope it helps somone. IF you have any thing you think should be added or explained further, please post a reply and i'll do my best to make this thread the most informative.
Thanks -Dan
