Have you tried checking your computer for malicious intrusions?

OK.

Here is what I've gathered:
Your PC is slower Internet-wise then your laptop.

And you have to be more definitive, what "normal" is to me might be "extremely hard" others.
Have you tried another browser, as well?
Have you checked your hosts file?

Make sure you don't have like 50 toolbars installed on your computer and what not, deleting cookies would be a good idea too.

Try another browser and see if it helps any.

It could be really useful to know if you are running on a modem, or fiber optic and what speed it is.

http://www.opera.com/download/
Opera has a turbo function which makes to browser not load the pictures and other things that are heavy trafficwise

I am downloading opera atm, by normol i mean virus checks clear chace how ever u spell it and i am using a 2.4ghz 54pms router but it stays at 54 mps but my laptop is at 36 all the time and its still faster

Opera is a decent browser, but unfortunately it is even more vulnerable to malicious intrusion than Internet Explorer.

If installing a new browser seems to have resolved your slowdown issues, most likely as Ric has been bringing up, you have other an intrusion, BHO's or other programs slowing down your original browser.

You may want to try running a HijackThis scan to remove add on programs.

It may also help to restore your Internet Explorer Settings to defaults, or even to do a straight uninstall of IE and then reinstall and make sure you're upgraded to the latest edition of IE 8.

Security wise, if you're looking for a new browser, Google's Chrome runs at the top of the list and Firefox falls just behind IE 8 if you're running Window's 7. If you're running Windows XP, it doesn't make quite as much of a difference since the OS can't take advantage of the newer sandboxing security features.

Have you confirmed that you checked your HOSTS file?
Malicious stuff tends to leave entries in their, even after removal.

This is my log i dont know if bad or good

C:\Program Files\Photo Viewer\album.exe - What is this?
C:\Nexon\Mabinogi\npkcmsvc.exe - Is this critical to your gaming? This is an application that counters keyloggers, no?
cpes_clean_launcher.exe - This has been linked to malicious entries, can you confirm it is not?
DriverRobot.exe - Has also been linked to malicious entries BUT is also a backup tool. Can you confirm it's in good standing?

It also looks like you have a lot of deadend registry entries that need to be taken care of.

And you have a lot of toolbars as well, now that I review it again.

Hope you get it fixed!
