A rumor indicating that the enmity of Apple and Adobe could reach the court in the coming weeks, according to anonymous sources who spoke to IT World.

According to the publication, the issue between the two companies could be ant color soon after his last modified Apple iPhone SDK 4.0, which decided to ban applications that had been converted from Flash, and Microsoft Silverlight MonoTouch.

According to Apple, this type of apps ruin the performance of their iPhones and iPads. The measure leaves out of business Adobe Flash CS5 incapacitating to create apps for the i-appliances.

While Novell MonoTouch group has called a "clarification of intent" to Apple, indicating that there are "plenty of room for corrections before the release of SDK 4.0, Adobe would go after a lawsuit. That is exactly it. Job's believe that flash is dead tech and that HTML5 is the way of the future.
