Steam Help

Okie, so today, I dusted out my PC, and put another 1GB stick of ram in it. I pluged my PC back up, had to reinstall my Mouse. then When I launch steam it comes up fine, when I put in my Password it crashes, and gives me an Error.

Help?!?! Please, and Thanks

well I ended up getting a blue screen last night while fixing my PC, so I reformatted.

I'm installing all my games now. thanks for those who tried to help.
