here lately Ive been experiencing a small heat problem.I have a amd athlon x2 4200+ processor stock heat sink and fan.im only running a 512 geforce 8400 GS video card everything else is on board.i have the m2n-mx se pluss motherboard without overclocking.idle cpu runs between 30 and 35c with board around the same.with a load runs around 42 to 45c.I know this dosent seem too bad seeming its not near max temps but still to hot for me.whats the best way to go as far as cooling (heat sink, duct system,fans,etc.).jsut a thought but noctua heatsink and fan seems like a good cooling system.thanks in advanced!

As you said, you definitely do not need after-market cooling. A good price/performance cooler is the Cooler Master Hyper 212+.

Agreed, get the CM hyper 212 + . Under $30 and clocks my i3 build to 4.2ghz @ about mind 30's idle low 60's load.

It's no longer under $30, but it's still under $35, I think. If not exactly $35.
