Right Click (have to be the driver). It'll remove the tracer and stop any current lock ons.

Works on tanks and UAV that I've tried, however with the UAV it seems to shoot smoke grenades (2-3 at a time) at the ground where ever I'm aiming, rather than cloaking it in smoke like the tanks.
