Well, i have known this for a long time. This will get a kick out of a lot of you, and some others will troll me and not believe me without checking the sources i give.

Basically, iTunes can be used for Nuclear, and biological weaponry. How do i know this? It says so in their Terms of Use End User Software Agreements!!

Apple EULA said:
10. Export Control. You may not use or otherwise export or reexport the Apple Software except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Apple
Software was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Apple Software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S.
Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person?s List or Entity List. By using the Apple Software, you represent and warrant
that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without
limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.

Look at the last few sentences: "By using the Apple Software, you represent and warrant
that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without
limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons."

LOL So iTunes can be used for Evil eh? MUAHAHAHAH!

SOURCE: http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/itunes.pdf

When you check out the source, make sure you scroll down to 10. Export Control and make sure it is the one in English, it is very close to the top, iTunes has 15 languages supported in that same .PDF.

And you were reading the EULA why..? lol :P

I find it to be ridiculous that they even included that

Lol i was reading the EULA because i was really bored one day and my friend jokingly told me to go learn everything there is to know about iPod's, so i decided to try, and after the EULA i ragequit xD But i saw that and was like.........YES! I just thought of it now because my sister asked me to fix her iTunes (stupid software wasn't updating correctly).

It is ridiculous, i LOVE IT! They are covering their own arses by doing this, because if someone did decide to try to use iTunes for weapons of mass destruction, then iTunes could be sued for it because America is full of Greedy money laundering people who do that.

Not being stereotypical to all Americans, but they would be sued by either a bunch of idiots trying to use iTunes for Evil or they would be charged by the Government.

So what's next, iKill, iMurder, iBlowuplol, iHeadshot, iPewPew, which one?!?

If I was a company I would put in we reserve the right to sue you or something, just to see what happens.

The same warning is in the EULA for The Witcher. Couldn't stop loling at it.

Crap, so if you listen to music on iTunes while developing a WMD, Apple can sue you? Guess it's time to switch to Winamp.

I some how always knew respawn was making W.M.D's. *sigh* you didn't even ask me to help, I'm hurt - badly man. Thats cold.

Wait, I thought that iTunes was supposed to slow computers down? That's all mine is good for anyway.

Unresponsiveness + crashiness + bloat = EVIL

It also renamed all of my music weird and put it on hidden folders on my iPod. Seems sinister to me.

pfft...any mad scientist worthy of the name uses kjofol

lol apple is weird, i think they fixed it but itunes EULA also used to say it was illegal to use on a "non apple branded PC" so every windows user with itunes even though they offered and even endorsed its use for windows pc's it was technically a violation of the terms to use on a windows pc
