I just finished my marathon yesterday (managed to make my ubuntu partition bigger, still no HDD though)..and here's my impressions for the shows I've picked up this season
Campione!:So far, so good, action with a good pace and the romantic comedy is pretty good, the battles, while they have been short they look pretty cool; I just hope they don't blow up all their budget in the early episodes
Oda Nobuna no Yabou:Clearly one of my favorites this season; good drama, the way the MC and Nobuna are tsundere for each other doesn't look forced and it's actually cute, and the internal struggles Nobuna has are naturally played
Dog Days S2:No1 in my favorites list, I loved Season 1 and season 2 just looks like it'll live to my expectations, also adding their friends and making them heroes is also a pretty good factor;
(spoilered just in case you haven't seen S1), but I hope that changes in the near future
Dakara Boku wa, H ga dekinai:Ecchi show of the season....well, more than ecchi actually; reminds me of highschool DxD (yep, THAT ecchi) so it looks pretty good from that starting point (I have just watched 1 episode)
Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!(damn that was a long name):I liked the premise of the secret little sister, just the right amount of ecchi (no solar flare, yay!) and the romance is pretty well played, 3 episodes in and I already have a favorite girl but all of them are just charming
Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate:Looks like a lively SoL of a race to the student council; but the first scene is NOT was I was expecting, I liked that little twist. As I said with Campione!, so far, so good (1 episode watched), I just disliked the solar flare (I always find it like a cheap excuse to make people buy the BD's, but I'll bite) but eveything else looks good
On my watch list (meaning I haven't seen it yet because of the marathon): YuruYuri S2, but that show had my attention long ago, I loved S1 and I'm sure I'll love S2. SAO

the only thing I disliked is that Milhiore and Shinku just act like they were good friends when in season 1 they declare to each other just as shinku was returning to earth, I expected them to be all lovey with each other

With my limited access to the internet this summer the only show I've been watching this season is Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate, witch I have been enjoying so far (3 episodes in). Like you said the beginning did surprise me since I thought it would just be a normal slice of life. The show was also a VN so I wonder witch route it will take.

The other day I was in Nottingham and found this shop that sold loads of manga. I bought the first three volumes of Dragon Ball, and realised that the manga is actually tons better than the anime! However, on the down side, I have now set in motion the quest of collecting all 16 volumes of it, and the 26 volumes of DBZ lol.
While everyone is entitled to their own opinions and have their own tastes, it's sad that more and more anime is being turned into giant cliches and fan service in order to try and increase sales, while good anime goes by the wayside.
Campione? Sure it's decent, but it has all been done before. It's pretty much ushiro no daimaou
Oda Nobuna no Yabou? I can't believe that good production value were wasted on such a cliched moe show as this. Not to mention how much of a mockery it actually makes of Japanese history.
Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!? I know I said everyone had their own tastes and all but this show is just so unbelievably bad I honestly have no idea, NONE, why anyone watches it.......oh wait lol fan service and moe. If one were to take just 5 seconds to actually look at what goes on they would find them selves looking at a kid who is wondering whether or not a high school teacher, girls who are older then him, and girls his own age are is younger sister.
As for other shows... I don't know much about them as I tend to find 1 or 2 shows to watch each season while I catch up on my 990 show backlog (not even joking) so unless they come up the next time I do a random list gen, than can't say much about them other then for the love of god stop making these horrible shows.

Sword Art Online. Better .//hack. My two cents. Most of the other shows I just use to pass time. Started watching Spice and Wolf though. Pretty good so far.
990 shows? I just have 1 word...DAMN... and I thought I had to catch up ( I don't have the exact number of shows on my backlog but it's not that much)
And about the rest of your post, yes, I have TERRIBLE taste, and that's a fact; I'm not going to even try to deny that
, then again it's only a past time for me and I never take the shows too seriously than just mindless fun...cliche'd and....fanservice'd but mindless fun nevertheless; of course I agree that the industry just needs more good anime, there's a lot of fanservice and the majority is just AWFUL and just a cheap excuse to make sales (if you're going to show more than the average, at least do it correctly and don't call mr sun:facewall:, and yes, I'm looking at you Chocolate)

The new Pokemon seasons blow, what a joke. Back in my days the only thing we had for entertainment were Pokemon cards while kids nowadays have ipads and iphones and ipods. Original 150 Pokemon were the best and the 150 after that were decent too, after that it got lame real fast.

Regardless, they've beat this show to death and need to stop ruining my childhood of the original 150 Pokemon!

Yeah, it's getting so bad that they are running out of names and features for new pokemon. A lot of them look similar to each other even though they aren't evolved forms and many of their names sound the same too. If you can draw a half animal half human half alien looking thing and name it, I guarantee it will show up in an episode.

I was fine with the first two generations of pokemon. The third was not really all that good in my opinion. Only thing I liked about the 4th is that they added some evolutions to Pokemon from previous generations like Magmar. The rest of that generation did not really interest me. And now they have like 800 Pokemon @_@

And the only thing I liked about the fourth one was they added 2 new Eevee evolutions.
I mean, the newest one will do that as well, but Glaceon is pretty much like Vaporeon (just more ice based) and Leafeon is just plan horrible!
