This update is beyond terrible, I mean all the weapons feel good but the tracer dart is the worst now! A heli will go down instantly now from the sky! Not even fun anymore.

Also on a side note, I am not getting awards anymore! D: Neither is my friend.

This is the worst update! I hate you EA
 
I've noticed my UAV stays in the air longer, so I don't know what you're smoking.
Besides, just use smoke when all else fails.

Maybe they should decrease the amount of time you can target a tracer? Maybe?
 
ive heard that the helos can use the smoke grenade vehicle attribute to get rid of the tracer dart and locked missiles now though. Will have to test it in game...
 
What did they update?
I dont use the tracer dart.

Im guessing they increased its speed/decreased travel time?

yeh not only has this update caused some bugs, but failed to fix obvious bugs that preexisted the patch such as caps lock minimizing the game and ping not showing up on the server browser.

But hey, if they patch games like they did on BF2, they will get it right in about 2 more years! :glare:

You might've heard that from me; I tested it and it didn't work. Don't know what happened, I've seen it used.

helos cannot use the vehicle smoke perk (except the UAV), but an assault passenger can use a smoke grenade inside a helo (blackhawk or hind). Apache and Havok are pretty much on their own though.
 
I love the revolver even more now, it's become a "I have this pistol equipped, you're screwed" weapon
 
all i care is they finally nerfed the m60 the grenade launcher and the gustav so I'm happy. all you need is to put smoke on when u fly the helicopter.
 
I noticed not many people use those three weapons any more. Haven't tried the tracer yet. Seems like a good update to me. :)
 
Hey everyone who said to use flares, yeeeaaa went to the Conquest Desert map to try them out on the helicopters and they DO NOT work
 
I've noticed an influx of crappy chopper drivers.
I don't even need tracer darts to kill 'em, just Gustav (I don't use Gustav on infantry though).
 
Seems like they may have altered the knife as well, it isn't stabbing like it used to
