I thought that as well. However, notice how the overall image quality isn't that great; like it's a cell phone capture. The small ripples caused by occasional motion could easily be mistaken for just plain blur. Have a look at the water behind them. I wouldn't call that smooth as glass. However, I can't tell if it's wavy or just fuzzy. Also have a look at their shirts, especially the guy on the right. See how the water has soaked into it up to about mid-back. Not as obvious but still present on cape-boy's shirt in the middle. And dude on left has his rolled up to avoid this effect. Now if that's all 'shopped...wow! The attention to detail is amazing. Shadows & lighting match, reflection in the water is plausible, and now proper application of fluid dynamics - this artist is a geniuis. Or, Occam's Razor, the picture is genuine. It could easily be shopped. I find it perplexing that there are no ripples of any sort, I feel like they'd be moving their legs a lot, or at least one of them would and would be causing ripples.
Your face is wearing a cape.Is that guy wearing a cape?
