i get tearing in the sky on bfbc2 when heavy gun fire,i got Dell SP2309W 23 inch Flat Panel Monitor,but cant go lower then 60 hz and all setting are 59 hz or 74 hz for bfbc2 ..could the monitor be my Problem?or video card?Average FPS 70+ up to 129 :facewall:
