CPU Mobo Compatibility

Hey was up EGO forums.My Motherboard is a FOXCONN NAPA w/NVIDIA 7100,but i have a 9600gso as well.I need a new processor and a new video card,but how do i know if my mobo is compatible for new parts? that manual says:

Socket: 775
Supports the following processors:
Intel Core 2 Duo (Wolfsdale core) E8xxx (65W)
Core 2 Duo E6xxx (Conroe core) up to E6850 (65W)
Pentium E2xxx series (Conroe core) with Dual Core technology up to E2160 (65W)
Core 2 Duo E4xxx (Conroe core) (65W)
Celeron 4xx series (Conroe core) up to Celeron 450 (35W)

It will support any of these processors:

well i heard that my processor,Intel Pentium E2220 @2.2Ghz,would bottleneck a video card like the 5770,which is the one im trying to buy.
