And also, you wont learn everything by tutorials..
i learned pretty much by my own messing around with photoshop..
but ofcourse you learn alot by using tutorials..
start with beginners tutorials, dont start trying something like in my sig.

Also, first just find tutorials that help you to know all of the Tools and Effects inside photoshop.
Then watch some beginners sig tutorials.
Then depth,lighting,flow etc. Tutorials
Then you can go working on advanced things.
And it doesnt take 2 weeks to get good in photoshop..it takes a long time.
