If you have an issue or concern within the clan, and you aren't bringing it to leaderships attention, nothing will be done about the issue because we will most likely not know about it. Time after time I get people coming to me saying "Why aren't you doing something about this!", in turn I respond with "Well have you approached us on it, or posted in the drop box?". Usually the answer I get from that question is no.

Its quite simple, if you dont say something, we wont know about it. We (the CS:S leadership) aren't scary (well, most of us at least) and we would be glad to talk to you. If you come to us in Ventrilo with an issue or concern you have we will handle it the best we can. If you have talked to me before, I'm all about solving issues to make everyone's gaming experience in eGO better. So if you have a problem, come in ventrilo and let me know. Ill pull you aside into a private room to discuss it with you. If I am not around, grab one of the advisors and they will do the same. As a last resort - you can always post in the drop box.
