plz help-- i lost all of my weapon gadgets and rank also

1 month ago i installed the game(hard copy limited edition) & used the reedem code to unlock the weapon gadgets, its unlocked and am at rank 13.but after few days i have to uninstall the game and reinstall it again, i use the cd key and reedem code for the second time, but when i try to use the reedem code, it says "it missmatched or used earlier,you have to buy a new reedem code for further use".
what is the problem and what i have to do now for regain all my unlockables and rank??????

You should just be able to log in with the same EA account as before and have no problems.

this. the unlockable items are linked to your EA account. just log in and they should appear. send an email to BC2 support as a last resort.
