Recently in my school the local police and school administration placed a over aged narcotics officer to do undercover work in my school and he failed terribly but he was able to make arrests and finally led to a K-9 Unit drug search of the whole school where around 5 members of the school football team were caught with narcotics. As the gym teacher laughed which mind you he is also the football coach he realized his players were getting arrest. So soon after the raid the school paper published the retirement of who we called "marc the narc" he said himself sending in a 30 year old detective was a bad idea and he saw himself not fit for the position because he couldn't fool high school kids. It has been said that "Marc the Narc" did not only admit defeat but went back to patrol division.

So he came in, nailed some kids with some narcotics, even though being horribly over age, and decided that it wasn't an appropriate place for himself, and you're calling him defeated?

I'm a little confused. He did his job up to the point where he changed positions again. They'll probably send another officer in if they feel there is a need.

1. We cant afford it....it costs alot of money and time to lock down the school and have kids skip school because theres a narc.

2. All kids didnt get charged they didnt press charges and he admited defeat that he wasnt smart enough to go against high school kids so he left his position and headed back to patrol.

Ill try to pickup the school paper and read again.

By he wasn't smart enough do you mean it is sorta impossible for a 30 year old to look like an 18 year old student?

I would say he was pretty damn successful if he caught that many people, why the hell were charges not pressed?

Oh I also went to the trouble to fix your grammar for you.

Why did they feel the need to put a person in undercover...seems like a waste of money. When they did those at my school they would just lock all the doors bring in the dogs and make us all watch some stupid movie in the auditorium and it worked great the first time..not so much the 2nd or 3rd

they do that here too :O

Sending in an undercover officer just seems like a waste of money and resources when in the end they still just brought in the drug dog and sniffed the school. Why not just go straight to the lock down and search part of the job? I think somebody has been watching a little too much 21 Jump Street.

Your poor use of grammar and how terribly that story was put together lead me to believe that you are lying, not to mention the title is incredibly misleading.

Lol when I was in highschool they just brought the dogs into our classrooms and walked up and down the isles. We had a cop that was like 49yrs old and she caught A LOT of ppl with drugs and other things. And after 9/11/2001 we had a random metal detector check at least once a week
