Help anyone?

Well im pretty new at the game, still trying to get my city up and all that.
Im at 378 points currently.

Anyways ive got problems with a player.
He keeps attacking me and he's much further along than i am (854) and he sent vultures at me while i was sleeping, and followed it up with a second wave.

I woke up and found all my mechs destroyed along with my harvesters, and a huge chunk of resources stolen.

So i messaged him with

Im not a ghost town, i actively play.
You're obviously a good bit ahead of me, and ive really got no means of retalliation.
So could you give me a break and stop attacking.

His response was to send more vultures.
Can i get a hand?
