Ok I've heard there have been update issues today for steam.
Anyways I get home turn on my computer and it auto logs-on to steam as per usual. Then out of no where (for the first time) a steam window (not steam friends) pops up and informs me "Your account creditials have been lost" or something to that effect going on to ask me re-enter my password.
Now since I set it to auto log-on for me I've never seen this before, or at least not in forever, so I was warry about someone trying to hack my account password. I clicked "cancel" and then steam shut down. I restarted Steam and everything looked alright for a second; then the process occurred again.
Now I was just wondering, is this a steam issue? Is anyone else experiencing this? Is steam booting me..... randomly?
I'll attached a screen shot of what I see for reference. Any advice is appreciated.
It doesn't look fake to me......
I should note that one time I did input my password only to get the "Your account creditials have been lost" message again and was disconnected. I've sinced changed my password in case this is a hack method.
Thanks,
kilarious
