Was getting my first Iphone today and was having fun on it. need to go to the network and i was trying to connecting to my wi-fi but everytime i was sumbit the password its was saying it not could connect to my wi-fi so i was worked on it all the day (today) and i was talking to Snuf. Snuf was ready to help me very quick and hes was asking me of many questions i dind't know so he was patient and was helping me alot. so he was explained me what the different wireless secure program was and he could help me very quick. he said it was my router there was doing the whole problem and hes explained me how i am reset my router. he said i need to hold the button down in 15 seconds and i did that and bam its was reset? he was helping me to getting the right secure program so i now can connect with my Iphone and Laptop. 
He was helping me in 2 hours and was so patient!
I am just saying thank you very much Snuf. always a good thing us in eGO can help each other with stuff like these there are getting you mad lol
