I am sure this may upset some including my daughter. However it sure would be nice if you could maybe put a time limit between score resets. 5 mins or so. Some Folks tend to reset their score every time they die. Not a big deal just wondering.

If they care so much about their score that they have to reset it every 5 seconds they shouldn't be taken into consideration and otherwise ignored , they are there for the score not the fun.

Not only that, but might we again point out that !resetscore doesn't affect your points at all.
I, personally, like to reset my score after every death...kill...shot I take...word somebody says on teamspeak...step I take...and also every time I reset my score. It's a fun game.

I think since its an issue of personal taste and because it dosent effect gameplay, our policy with !resetscore wont change any time soon. Heck i use it every now and then when i realize how horrible im doing but ive never thought this might be getting on other peoples nerves. Now people complaining about losing points-- thats what really grinds my gears!!! Maybe we should have a !resetpoints command just to make things more interesting.
Does it really matter? I get a lot of grief for it like being called "Hey Resetscore, how you doing?" I just reply with a kind "It's my score not yours so you don't need to worry about it". As D_Day said you can do /resetscore so it does not show up in chat or type it in in console.
As Erich said, he does get a lot of grief about it. I take it very seriously when players are putting down members of eGO or even pubbers. The reset score function is available to every single player who plays on our servers. If someone resets their score every minute, who cares? It's their score, they can do as they please.
and thats the problem, i wouldnt mind people reseting their scores but it provokes a reaction, ive seen several people curse because of eGO members reseting their score. it has no gain for the person doing it and only upsets others so why reset it??
i use it from time to time...usually only when the map resets and my score loads back up when i join the server...i like having a negative ratio from time to time...makes me pay more attention to what im doing and fight harder until i get a + ratio back...
If players have a problem with other players resetting their scores then thats their problem. resetting your score has abosolutley no effect on game play and is a personal decision to make. What if a player is trying to get a 50 kill streak or something? If it upsets others they just need to WORRY ABOUT THEIR OWN SCORE! I cant believe we're actually having this discussion again.

If you resetscore in console no one see's you do it and it doe's not get plastered all over the screen and upsetting other player's. I tried it some week's ago and it worked fine.
