Ok, I have $20 to spend online, and it has to be spent soon.
So, I'm from the CS:S division, and that plays fine on the lowest settings.
I need to know if getting DOD:S will work on my laptop. I got TF2 and that was terrible to play on, even local servers, and this was caused by my side not being able to handle it. I also play Killing Floor and that works fine.

So, will DoD:S be playable on my laptop, because I'm not going to buy it if needs higher requirements than CS:S.

Ok, just some news.
I checked the recomended for CS:S then DOD:S recomended, and the DOD:S is higher than that of CS:S.
I think I will play it safe, and wait until I get a new laptop/computer until that.

my laptop handles DoD:s and CS:s the same.

They BOTH run rather well on med settings - and most souce titles look great at that level. They only problem i forsee is game/system lag do to the map rendering speed - ram should fix that.

So as long as you dont have a "cookie-cutter" dell or a P.O.S base-line laptop, you should be good to go.

In the future, to get more accurate help -- Please post your computers specs to help us get an idea of how things will perform on your particular system.
