fps extra low

fps are really low 8-20 max...i have an ati radeon xpress 200...and amd athlon 64 processor 3400+ with 984 MHz, 960 MD of RAM

There are many ways to increase fps but what specific game are you talking about?

You won't get good frames on any recent games, your computer is too old.

To play a map with that many players, that many flash grenades, etc.

I'd suggest you upgrade your video card.

Rofl he made a link to 4890, I half expected a 5890 for kicks n giggles. Does your motherboard have a PCI slot for a graphics card or is it AGP?
