Wth?

So I tried to login to steam, like I do everyday for the most part, and it just stuck on the loading screen. I tried it again and I received the message "Your purchase is still being processed - Steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed. Until then, this game is not available to play."

Anyone know why this would magically happen overnight?

Could just be some random steam glitch - they happen often.


Just keep trying. If it persists, get steam support

Major problems? Hmm, well anyhow worse come to worse you can always reinstall steam.

I think I am moving backwards. I went to the steam website and found a thread where someone else was having problems connecting to steam. He said that he fixed his problem by renaming the ClientRegistry.blob file to ClienRegistry2.blob and then opening steam and letting it create another ClientRegistry.blob file. That fixed the message of purchase pending, but now I just get stuck on the Steam updating window. :facewall: Guess I will have to reinstall steam, even though I didn't do anything since I played last night :facewall::facewall::facewall:

I think this might work. My comp is trying to update steam, it's just dillydallying around today.
