Better in every single way.

No actual resource gathering, you get them from holding points on the map. There is a unit limit and unit movement is much more tactical because of the limit and fixed amount of resource income.

The style of game is different from Red Alert 3. There's a tactical/strategical requirement for CoH, whereas in Red Alert 3, whoever masses the most crap wins.
