Computer / Stereo question

Is it possible to control a stereo that's 20 feet away, wireless, from your computer!?

Yes, this is what I have set up around my work office:

This works perfectly without any interference! There are cheaper ones on Amazon as well, less speakers, more additional speakers, etc... These are the best I could find when I did my research, however I wasn't as thorough as I could've been!
