At Division meeting. How do I use vent again?

I havent used vent since cs 1.1. Its been a long time. How the heck do I set this up to talk. I hear everyone. Know a few other things. I just dont think anyone is hearing me.

Make sure when you tyr to talk that the "N" is not infront of ur name. We get muted for events

Usually during meetings, everyone is muted but the speakers.
