DirectX and Temp Question

Hello,

I have two questions
I just installed windows 7 ultimate (w00t!) and when i go to dxdiag, it says i have DirectX 11, but its the 32 bit version, i thought only 64 bit could run DX11.

Also I have everst, and it says my CPU is 77 C". But my BIOS says its 32 C", whats more likely? That everest or the BIOS is wrong? And why doesnt everst give me the right temp?

Windows 7 has DX 11, it doesn't matter if its 32 bit or 64.

BIOS is always more accurate than software, If BIOS says its 32C its 32C.
