I recent got a cochlear implant and with that the gift of sound.
I went to a bar last night with my friends and learned a new trick with my new hardware. A Lady Gaga song came on. I loathe her "music." So, I just unplugged the magnet of the implant and BOOM her terrible music was gone.
Later in the evening this annoying person wouldn't leave me alone so I pulled off the magnet again and looked at her and said "Sorry, I can't hear you..." Yes, it was an ahole move, but oh well she got the picture. Pretty much everyone thought it was a good option. She was a woo girl... How I met your mother explains it best.
