This is rather annoying, anyone got a fix?

Attached pic is what im talking about. Its kind of hard to do anything on steam when i cant see what im clicking. Same thing happens with the ingame thing (Shift+tab).

Running Windows Vista 32-Bit (WELL THERES YOUR PROBLEM). Fairly sure it isnt just a skin malfunction as ive changed it up a few times.
 
Does NO-ONE know what this is?

Not talking about the white screen - You'll noticed I just screenshotted it and put it into paint like the nub I am, what ive circled in red is the problem.
 
Uninstall Vista! There, problem solved :P

Umm, i dont know why this could be happening. To me, cause im stupid at computers it looks like your pc is over heating but its probably not so ignore that.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling steam.
 
I wish I wish I WISH i could uninstall vista. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, it didnt work.
 
I think your best option would be to put in a support ticket with Valve.
They probably have a better idea what might be going on since they have to deal with people with problems on a daily basis.
