Weird Error?

So I was trying to download the Rogue Web Browser from rogue.gotgame.com

It's basically a web browser that runs behind your game so you don't have to alt tab. But everytime I hit download, I get this

What does this mean?! I've USTE'd, but I haven't found much of an answer.

Yeah, same thing happened to me when i tried to download it -_-
must be a link problem or must be updated.

That is a server-side error, nothing you can do about it.
