The only problem with that is it requires a 6-pin PCI-e connector. That powersupply is already pretty low. The reason I suggested the 5670 is that it doesn't require additional power other than what's used from the PCI-e slot.
most vid cards require a minimum of 350w PSU - I know my old 8600GT did and that was a few years back... 305w may send you into reboot from lack of 12v rail juice
My 8400GS said that it "Needed" a minimum of 350 watts, but i ran it fine on 250w
he has 36amps on the 12v so i doubt that 12v power will be a problem
IF he doesnt have a six-pin connector you can buy an adapter for cheap
If you dont have confidence in your psu, then the 5670 is a good option as well
