Back from Modern Warfare 2

So everyone I've been an eGO member for quite some time, but after I bought my PlayStation 3 in November I've stopped using the PC. Why? Well, I bought MW2 of course. To be honest I really loved it, so much that I'm 5th prestiege level 30, but now I'm SICK of it. People only care about leaderboard stats and to get better K.D they just camp with One Man Army, Danger Close and noob tube:chair:. So I turned on my PC and started playing TF2 on the valve maps server and I realized how much I miss TF2, PC gaming and eGO. Its great to be back, and just to let all of you that don't own MW2. DO NOT BUY IT!

So, you have finally came to your senses? I have to admit my favorite COD game was the third. Then activision destroyed the series by making COD4 & COD MW2. Treyarch receives way to much critisism.
 
Wow, excact same thing that happened to me, almost. lol.

I spent WAY to much time in MW2, now a legit 9th prestige lvl 70. Sad thing is...I still enjoy the game, even though everyones hating on it right now. Its probably a whole different experience on PC though. Hoping Black Ops wont be a let down. Trying to get a bit back into TF2, but just don't have the time right now. Hoping to be able to be more active in eGO servers soon. Maybe over the summer eGO. I really miss the good times on here.
 
WHOA WHOA...whoa! You guys better chill off on mw2! MW2 is the best, you guys are all just mad because TF2 is just the same exact copy of MW2 :|. Without MW2 there would be no such thing as fps. I seriously can't believe you guys would think mw2 is fail! I mean look at the guns....JUST LOOK AT THEM! THEY'RE SO WIN! They're so realistic, they kill people with lighting speed and you have perks! PERKS! WHICH MAKES IT x10 more realistic, because I'm able to jump off of 20 feet tall buildings and live IN REAL LIFE! So I should be able to do the same in game...THIS GAME IS REALISTIC. TF2 SUCKZZZOR!~

Maybe if tf2 had prone..then maybe..just maybe tf2 would equal up to be almost good as mw2..but for now..tf2 is ranked 2nd to last...it only beats half life 2 because tf2 has a better single player.

Haha Yeah MW2 is a pretty lame game. I bought it and got sick of it like...not even a week after playing it. But nice to see your return!

MW2 was made after TF2, and how are perks realistic? Cold-Blooded? Ninja? Marathon?

Thats why the head of infinity ward got fired. Ba Bing! Oh and infinity ward also broke up. I wonder why? That game was a waste of months for me. 9th Prestige 70 and i still get mad at the game. Goooo Bad Company! Oh and tf2 :).
 
I have a question about BC2, EA says it can retire online features after 30 days. Do they actually take away your multiplayer after 30 days?
 
thats just legal jargon basically meaning if for what ever reason they want or need to they can cancel online stuff after release of game....i figure most companies have something like tis in there legal codes anyway but no u can play multi player after 30 days lol iv had the game since release and still works for me...as well as any other EA game i have

Cold-blooded is so realistic man! One time i was like trying to sneak into class, and I noticed my teacher had a heart-beat sensor but luckily I had cold-blooded so I was able to get in without being marked tardy. I also used to suck at running but ever since I got marathon in real life, I've been passing P.E. yo...AND WTF NO MW2 WAS MADE BEFORE TF2

I have never, and will never buy a COD game, just because the money would go to Acticrap. I hate, HATE HATE HATE HATEEEEEEEEEEE big name developers who buy up little companies to milk their game franchises, then leave them in the dust afterwards. THANK GOD Valve is privately owned, otherwise EA would've killed them off too.

Ah... the trolling. Got to love it. Haha... Though, I think you pretty well summed up a large portion of the MW2 community's mannerisms and mindsets.

As it's been said: It's just a precautionary legal notice allowing them to take down their online servers if ever need be. Battlefield 1942 carried the same statement (albeit it was 90 days notice), and their servers are still live some 7-1/2 years later. No need to worry about the game's online functionality disappearing any time soon.
