If I may,
cl_autorezoom:
The console command cl_autorezoom 0 does NOT make you shoot faster (at least in my experience). It only disables the default mode of "deployed weapons returning to deployed position after firing a round". Which means that when it is at 0, the scope after you fire does not automatically scope back in for you, while at 1, the scope zooms in after you fire if you do not right click or quick switch back to your other gun.
Now, for what black panther mentioned:
"5-press when he do the bold-action again on youre richt maus button the he zoom fast"
While this method does allow you to scope in again in less time, I'll have to ask that you try firing a round immediately when you scope in. If I'm not mistaken, the game will not let you shoot even though you are scoped in. Its a little bit of a pause, but it is enough to piss you off because you couldn't fire immediately.
Quickswitching:
Now, while some people will say that quickswitching between shots allows you to fire more rounds in the same time frame, unless I did something wrong, I have went toe to toe with other snipers in no scope duels, and the one who didn't quickswitch would always fire first before the other who did quickswitch. Mind you, we weren't waiting to take a shot, we both were constantly mashing the left click until we fired, and the results were always the same: quickswitching takes longer to consecutively shoot than firing without.
The only real pro for quickswitching is that after you shoot, you don't have to wait for the scope to zoom out, thus allowing you to strafe away before someone else picks you off. But the ability to move away almost immediately away after firing is not only limited to quickswitching. One can use the command mentioned before and right click after your shot, which might take some practice to time it right (an example of doing it wrong: right clicking out before you shoot, which is a pain, trust me).
Sprint scoping:
This is a tough one, since I have trouble doing it sometimes. Sprint scoping, in my opinion, is not that practical, since you still have to sprint to execute it, which leaves you not at 100%, but it seems to scope in "faster", meaning that the model animation of the gun approaching your face is no longer apparent, but I have yet to test whether or not it actually gives a physical advantage or just a mental advantage.
There is more that I want to say, but I'll update when I'm not in the mood to play.
