Does anyone know if there are like custome themes or anywhere where i can make my W7 better Looking. Like custome buttons and icons i would greatly appriciate the help.

i dont know where but you definitely can.

I had a windows phone 7 series theme for my desktop =) got rid of it because it kinda got annoying.
