Steam updating glitch

[Anchor]

Well today i was going to update my tf2 because i had it paused so long yesterday and when i did it just kept "Suspending" my download. I wasn't in game, didn't have any tools open, and i wasn't watching any steam videos. If anyone has a solution please post

Sometimes you get this when you play a game. Steam stops the download to reserve bandwidth for any gaming online you may do.

go to C:\Program Files\Steam) then delete a file called ClientRegistry.blob this will make steam Auto-Update , maybe that fixs it .

I also read that this has to do with internet speed and that sometimes it fixes itself.
